3 sessions a month @45 Euros per session, pre-paid up front = 135 Euros per month.

9 sessions over 3 months, 3 sessions a month @ 40 Euros per session, pre-paid up front
= 360 Euros total (a saving of 45 euros)

All sessions are approximately 45 minutes long and can be done on the telephone.
NB. To see noticeable change coaching is normally undertaken for at least 3 months.

COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY & COUNSELLING:

Monthly Package

1 session per week @ 45 Euros per session pre-paid monthly = 180 Euros per month.

Or

Discounted 10 session package

10 sessions over 6 weeks, 1 session per week @40 Euros per session, pre-paid up front = 400 Euros total
(a saving of 50 euros)


All sessions are approximately one hour and are usually done on the telephone
but can also be done face to face.
NB: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy usually requires about 10 sessions.
